Welcome to meetaFit!

My name is Meeta and as a Pre and Post Natal, Weight Loss & Women’s fitness Specialist, Behaviour Change Specialist,  L4 Personal Trainer and a Certififed Nutrition Coach, my passion is to help busy working mums learn to love themselves again!

I’m a busy working mum and one thing I have learned since having my son is that you need to make yourself a priority – that does not mean you spend hours in the gym! I believe in taking small steps which will lead you to bigger and better results, afterall Rome wasn’t built in a day!
Up until I had my son I used to spend my life in the gym, doing various classes and working with my own personal trainer. Wind forward to when I had my son, I suffered postnatal depression and had an emergency C-Section. The fact that I could not make time for myself, let alone do a crunch, absolutely crushed me! I knew something had to change.
I looked for classes where I could take
my son with me but there weren’t any. By the time my husband came home I was too tired and that is where Meetafit began! 

We are all unique and have our own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

After the 1st lockdown I knew something had to change. Having had 2 children and being on maternity leave with not a lot to do except binge eat, it was time to change. Meeta was great with adapting the exercises as there was a lot of work to be done to build up my core. It’s taken 5 months to do so but I can see and feel the difference. It’s been hard but I’ve had great fun training with Meeta on a 1-2-1 basis and the rest of the Ladies. As well as exercising, Meeta has introduced us to a clean eating challenge. A difficult month to start off with it but well worth it!

I joined Meeta’s classes the same time I joined Slimming World and in 3 weeks I managed to lose 1 stone which is a n incredible achievement for me as I often fail at FAD diets. Now with 2 little ones, I want to get the old me back. Meeta’s classes have not only helped me to begin to lose my baby weight but also motivated me to be more healthy in general. Meeta is brilliant – a good motivator and a different workout added every time keeps it interesting. No matter what your coordination is like, get involved, have fun and feel amazing! A great class and a great bunch of ladies. I also love that babies can come along too as that saves on the hassle of finding a baby sitter or waiting for your partner to come home.

A fun, active, friendly class that is great for getting some exercise. You can go at your own pace so no ,matter how long it has been since you exercised, you’re made to feel at ease.
